Stability and Balance

Stability and Balance products is an excellent way to improve ones' proprioceptive ability.

 

From the involvement of multijoint movement patterns on a dynamic surface, one will be much more functional in terms of day to day living.  An example of this could be encountering a slippery surface while walking.  Injury can be prevented if one has the necessary control to thus reduce the risk of falling.
